1. You must be 18 or older. Lying about your age means a ban and forfeited earnings.
2. TrafficWalk can reject or void any clip at its discretion if it suspects botted views, fake engagement, stolen content or rule breaks. Examples: abnormal view spikes, very low engagement compared to views, an audience mostly outside the target region, or use of view-boosting services.
3. Earnings can be held while a clip is under review.
4. Fraud discovered after payment is deducted from future earnings.
5. Accounts can be banned for serious or repeated violations. Pending earnings are then forfeited.
6. Clips must stay public for at least 30 days. Otherwise the payout is reversed.
7. Sponsored content must be clearly marked as advertising.
8. When a campaign budget runs out, clips not yet credited are not paid. Clips are credited in the order their 48 hour view count completes.
9. Appeals: email support@trafficwalk.com within 7 days of the decision.
10. Views count until 48 hours after posting. Views after that are not paid.
11. Welcome bonus: a clipper who signs up with a valid referral code gets $5, paid only together with a payout that includes real clip earnings. Referrer reward: the referrer earns an extra 5% on top of the referred clipper's approved earnings for 3 months after sign up. TrafficWalk pays both, never the campaign budget or the referred clipper.
12. Self-referrals are not allowed. No reward is given if the two accounts share a phone number, PayPal email or connected account. Referral rewards have a monthly cap and can be voided by TrafficWalk at any time, including after they are credited.
13. Brands pay the campaign budget plus a platform fee shown before payment. A campaign goes live only after payment is confirmed. Unused budget is handled as agreed in writing with TrafficWalk.
