Privacy policy

We store your email, phone number, date of birth, optional name, connected social usernames, submitted clip links, view counts and payout details (PayPal email). We use this to verify your age and accounts, count views, and send payouts. We do not sell your data. Contact support@trafficwalk.com to request access or deletion.

• Data controller: TrafficWalk, Sweden. Contact: support@trafficwalk.com.
• What we store: email, name, date of birth, phone number, PayPal email, connected social accounts (platform, username, verification status), clip data (links, view counts, screenshots you upload, earnings and payouts), and for brands: company name, website and campaign details.
• Why: email and password to run your account (contract). Date of birth to confirm you are 18 or older (legal obligation and contract). Phone number and PayPal email to send payouts and stop self-referrals (contract and legitimate interest in fraud prevention). Social accounts and clip data to verify ownership, count views and calculate earnings (contract).
• Who we share with: our hosting and database provider, our email sender, Apify (reads public post and profile data), PayPal (payouts) and Stripe (brand payments). They process data only on our behalf. Some may process data outside the EU/EEA under standard contractual clauses.
• How long: account data for as long as your account exists. Payment and payout records for 7 years as required by Swedish bookkeeping law. Screenshots and clip data up to 12 months after the campaign ends, unless needed for a dispute.
• Your rights under GDPR: access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, and data portability. Email support@trafficwalk.com and we reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
• We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
• Cookies: we only use what is needed to keep you signed in and remember your language.
